The L.I. Knightmares are proud to introduce

Long Island’s first all-girls competitive baseball team for ages 10–13.

 

This program is built for girls who love baseball

and want a place where they belong, compete, and grow.

For too long, girls who wanted to play baseball either had to squeeze into boys teams,

switch to softball, or walk away from the game altogether.

 

That changes now.

 

The Knightmares exist to give girls a true baseball home —

a team where they are coached, challenged, understood,

and developed as players and leaders.

 

Why Girls Baseball Works

Girls thrive when they are in an environment designed for them —

where they aren’t judged, compared, or overlooked.

On an all-girls team, players build confidence faster because they are

free to social risks, compete, and grow without pressure.

All players receive focused coaching, equal attention, and consistent reps.

There’s no competing for opportunity — every girl develops as a complete baseball player.

 

⚾ Real Competition

The L.I. Knightmares will compete against:
• Local boys & co-ed teams
• Girls-only tournaments and showcases
• Regional competitive events

Girls baseball nationally is growing rapidly —

and the Knightmares will be part of that pipeline from day one.

 

⚾ Leadership & Role Models

A team of girls playing baseball does more than win games — it changes mindsets.

Younger players see what’s possible. Confidence spreads. Leaders are built.

 

Who Should Join?

This team is open to:
• Girls ages 10–13
• New and experienced players
• Softball athletes wanting to try baseball
• Girls currently playing on boys teams
• Any girl who loves the game

Coaches will build athletes from the ground up

while challenging advanced players to reach the next level.
