At L.I. Knights Sports & Athletics, we believe that every child deserves a team — and every family deserves hope. That’s why we created a community-powered sponsorship initiative to ensure that no child is denied the chance to play due to financial hardship.

For every sport we offer, at least one athlete per season can be fully sponsored — covering registration, gear, and coaching — so they can experience the pride, growth, and joy of organized athletics.

This mission reflects our core belief: Sports build more than skills — they build character, confidence, and connection.

By supporting families in need, we’re not just offering a spot on the roster — we’re offering a chance to belong, to thrive, and to be seen.

 

💛 How It Works:

• One full sponsorship is available per sport, per season

• Families may apply confidentially or be nominated by coaches or community members

• Sponsored athletes receive full access to all team benefits and recognition
