​​L.I. Knights Sports & Athletics (LIKSA) is more than just sports — it’s a movement to uplift young athletes through character, community, and competition. Founded on the belief that every child deserves a chance to grow, belong, and shine, LIKSA creates a positive, values-driven environment where players are encouraged to develop as athletes and as people.

We offer structured, intentional programming across multiple sports — from baseball and softball to swim, Golf, Softball, Flag Football, and more to come. Whether it’s a first-time player or a seasoned competitor, every athlete receives high-quality training, consistent opportunities to improve, and the support to lead with confidence.
